I can't believe its been 4 months since i posted anything! Here are recent pics of Asher at 5 months. Lots of fast changes. He's loving eating some soft foods, bathing and playing with kitchen utensils at his high chair!

Sorry these are all strange sizes. I think you can see most of them on our other website and get larger sizes. So, here's our boy. He changes so much everyday. Not just in appearance but he's able to do more everyday. He can lay on his tummy and lift his head up for like 5 seconds! I've never experienced this degree of profound exhaustion before. There are times I want to cry from pure joy and other times because I just can't hold my eyes open any longer. Overall we are having a blast with this parenting thing. From reading the classic Goodnight Moon to pouring ourselves out in prayer in total dependence it is awesome.

| No baby to post pics of yet... but I do have a very cute puppy and its been awhile since he's made an appearance in a post. I think he's still considered a puppy. But he's a big one. He's definitely the cutest, cleanest, healthiest, most well behaved Ugandan mutt there ever was. His favorite spot to sit is at the front door with his body inside the house and his head outside. Sometimes his head gets tangled in the curtain, but he doesn't seem to mind at all. It almost looks like he does it on purpose because of the way he circles in front of the door in the curtain before he decides which way to lie down.

This second one is just cause he's so cute. Check out his old man "Mzei" beard. I won't subject you to more of this for awhile. The baby should be coming any day, according the the doctor. Which really translates... uh, who knows? I'm trying to fill my time but theres not a lot I can do so I'm just bored half the time the last few weeks. We've gotten some good movie watching, card playing and reading in, but we can only do so much of that before it also becomes boring and somehow induces claustrophobia.
